Central Viet Nam Heritage Tour

AM: You will be welcomed at Da Nang International Airport for a flight arriving around noon and transferred to a restaurant for lunch.
PM: Transfer to Hue and stop at some attractive spots, such as Hai Van Pass, Lang Co Beach, and Cau Hai Lagoon. Check in at the hotel and explore Hue by night at your own pace.
 

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel. Start the half-day tour with a boat trip on the Huong River to enjoy the peaceful scenes along the riverbanks and admire Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest spiritual sites in Hue. Continue to the Imperial City and Minh Mang Tomb to learn more about the last imperial family of Vietnam, the Nguyen Dynasty. Have lunch at a restaurant.
PM: Transfer to Quang Binh Province, check in at the hotel, and spend your evening at leisure.
 

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel. Visit Phong Nha Caves by taking a boat trip on the Son River and explore the oldest karst formation in Southeast Asia, with dozens of kilometers of caves and an underground river featuring significant geomorphic features. Have lunch at a restaurant.
PM: Visit Paradise Cave, known as the largest dry cave in Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park. To reach the cave entrance, you will be transported by golf cart through the old forest, where you may see valuable flora and fauna. Marvel at the stunning stalagmite formations within the cave. Transfer back to Hue City, enjoy dinner on your own, and experience Hue’s local life by night.
 

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel. Visit Dong Ba Market, the largest market in Thua Thien Hue Province, and shop for local specialties and souvenirs. Travel to Da Nang City and explore Son Tra Peninsula, discovering the forest in the city center and admiring the sacred Linh Ung Pagoda, considered the largest pagoda in the city.
PM: Visit Marble Mountains, a spectacular range of limestone and marble mountains, and enjoy panoramic views of Da Nang City and its sandy beaches from the summit. Transfer to Hoi An for hotel check-in and enjoy free time for dinner. Explore the ancient town by night and participate in activities such as strolling through the alleys and souvenir shops, enjoying Vietnamese traditional games, and floating paper lanterns on the Thu Bon River.
 

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel. Take a basket boat trip along Bay Mau Coconut Forest to experience the lush nature and local waterway activities. Visit Thanh Ha Pottery Village to see traditional pottery-making techniques and have the opportunity to create your own pottery. Take a boat trip on the Thu Bon River back to the ancient town and explore the old houses, temples, and historical sites, including the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls, Sa Huynh Museum, and the local market. Have lunch at a restaurant.
PM: Attend a handicraft class to learn how to make a traditional lantern and try creating your own with expert guidance. Enjoy free time for dinner and explore Hoi An at night, admiring the colorful lanterns that create a picturesque scene along the old streets and river.
 

AM: Have breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ba Na Hills, a must-visit destination in Da Nang. Take the cable car to the summit and visit the famous Golden Bridge. Admire the beautiful flower gardens, Le Jardin d’Amour, and the Debay Wine Cellar, which stores a variety of wines. Take another cable car route to reach the Old French villas at a height of 1,138 meters to experience the architecture. Have lunch at a restaurant.
PM: Enjoy the Fantasy Amusement Park, which features over 90 exciting games and 4D movies included in the tour package (note that some games may require an additional fee). Transfer back to the city center for hotel check-in and explore Da Nang by night at your own pace.
Note: The best time to visit Ba Na Hills is from March to October (as it is cloudy and rainy from November to February).
