1. Online Payment:

We connect with the OnePAY payment gateway to accept online card payments. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your card information will not be stored on our system (merchant) but by MasterCard according to international security standards.

Online Payment Process: After you choose to pay online with Visa, MasterCard, or JCB, we will send you the link to fill out the form and you will proceed with the online payment through the following steps:

• Check the link and select "agree" with our terms and conditions, then click "pay."

• Click "process payment."

• Transaction Result:

You will be asked to wait for a few seconds to receive the transaction result from the OnePAY payment gateway. Then, we will send you an email to inform you about the order status and the transaction result.

In some cases, your transaction may not be successful due to:

• Incorrect card information

• Insufficient credit balance (daily or monthly)

• Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank to activate your card.

• Your card is enrolled in the 3D-Secure Program, but you did not enter or entered the online password incorrectly. Please contact your card issuer.

If you input correct card information but do not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us, please do not attempt to make another payment. Contact us to obtain the transaction result and confirm the order.

3. Deposit & Full Payment Instructions:

• Please deposit 30% of the total tour price plus a 3% bank confirmation service fee into the provided account. This deposit should be made immediately after confirming your booking services to secure your tour program with Eco Nature Travel.

• We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your deposit. The remaining balance can be settled at our office upon your arrival in Vietnam, using either cash or credit card.
